What is Voucherz Plus?+
Voucherz Plus is a 60-day membership that gives you exclusive access to partner offers in Sharjah. For AED 29, you unlock the Altitude Arena Day Pass (AED 50 value) and 50% OFF at Frogurt Smoothies — redeemable multiple times throughout your membership validity.
How do I redeem my pass at each venue?+
Simply show your QR code (from your email) to the staff at Altitude Arena or Frogurt Smoothies counter. They scan it and confirm your entitlement on their screen. At Altitude Arena, you then proceed to pay AED 50 for the Day Pass experience. At Frogurt, 50% is applied at the till automatically.
Is the Altitude Arena offer available every day?+
The Altitude Arena Voucherz Day Pass is available exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Frogurt Smoothies 50% OFF offer is valid any day during your 60-day membership.
Can I share my QR with someone else?+
Your QR is issued to you personally and is tied to your membership. It is not transferable and should not be shared. Each redemption is tracked to your unique QR code.
What happens when new partners are added?+
You will receive a WhatsApp notification as soon as a new merchant partner goes live on Voucherz. Your existing QR code automatically unlocks their offers — no new purchase or re-registration required.
Is the AED 29 refundable?+
Membership passes are non-refundable once issued, as the QR code is activated immediately upon purchase. If you have any issues with redemption at a partner venue, please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 56 286 0081 and we will resolve it promptly.
How many times can I redeem at each venue?+
Your membership supports up to 30 total redemptions across all partner venues during your 60-day validity. This is allocated across Altitude Arena and Frogurt Smoothies, giving you plenty of visits throughout your membership period.
